Sometimes its the moves you DON'T make that help too.  I listened to Russo and LaPanta and they still laugh about the Laine thing.  "Great powerplay goal scorer, but only cares about when he can score."

Sure doesn't sound like a Wild guy in context.  There's always a chance one of these guys ends up doing what we need for free.  Slim, but you never know.

TL:DR: Rossi is clutch as fuck, and Guerin/Hynes know what they have.  He doesn't moan, he doesn't complain, he doesn't blame anyone: he just keeps getting better.  Kap gets first dibs, but Rossi looks like (and should be) 2nd priority as soon as the Wild know the cap space they can work with.

Is who I’ve heard him compared to and I think that’s pretty accurate. Suter was a pretty different player. Faber is more like Suter than Buium. Buium is an offensive dman who is defensively responsible.

Not quite sure where this comes from.  My memory of Chelios was more physical than Brock.  I don't see Brock getting 60 penalty minutes in a game ever.  If we are going to compare him to one of the past defenseman, I would say maybe a less point heavy Brian Leetch.  Always solid defensively with a side of offense.  I can see Brock having a 1200 game career and 900 points, Leetch had 1200 games and 1000 points.
