It kinda sucks that everyone got going offensively yesterday...except Boldy.  He's still got the same 60-70 pt trajectory from last year.  But he's paid to be closer to PPG.

And Hartman.. I know he hasn’t contributed to the score sheet like Boldy but he’s been unusually quiet.

He had a rip that barely glanced off Soderblom that I don’t think he saw. Would’ve been a nice confidence booster had that gone in. He did look more engaged last night which was good to see.

I think Boldy will continue to improve in all areas. Once Ek comes back it’s going to make everyone’s life easier. Having a “ slump” is par for the course with a younger player and should be expected. He’s going to be just fine.

Boldy's development will be in consistency more than skill. He will be a star. Unfortunately, I think we bought high on Hartman, Gaudreau and most of all Foligno. That's too many roster spots taken by underperformers.
