The North Stars played like shit tonight. This team is short a 1c, first line winger, top 4 d-man, 5 and 6 d-man. Get the hell rid of 90. Insert 28. I don't see this team making the playoffs. If 97 doesn't get a 1c he's gone bye bye. Billy can package to Ottawa for a 1c. Over pay Billy!

I think you're right on a few things. MN needing some upgrades is for sure. 

NoJo is a non-factor, and you're right MN needs at least their top center for games like Dallas or WPG. 

I didn't think MN played as bad as you said, hitting some posts and getting a great goaltending performance. They did allow too much, breakaways, etc. 

MN didn't get enough from the PP or from any depth scoring. That's what you gotta have. Dallas got a couple greasy ones and that was the difference, even though they had a ton of chances. Overall, you're right it was a crummy game for MN and one they should learn from. It's the points and the head to head loss factor that hurts.
