Could be like Ek when he first arrived and it took awhile for him to get going.(years) Marat seems smart like Ek but both physically and mentally he needs to mature. The expectation for Marat isn't too great. IMO, Knudi needs support on the ice more than he needs to tune-up his jokes or English. He would benefit more from bulking up and strength training than touring the "Land of 10,000 Lakes".
